RIP Stan Lee - All Of His Cameos


RIP Stan Lee. The superhero nerd universe lost a great icon today. He was always the "easter egg" in every Marvel movie and series that everyone wanted to find. When he appeared on screen the audience would cheer. You will be missed, Stan. You're the man.

Stan Lee, Disney Legend in 2017, was the creator of the majority of the Marvel characters. He has a cameo appearance in almost all of the Marvel movies or television shows racking him up over 120 acting credits:
Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends (1981-1983) – Narrator
The Incredible Hulk (1982-1983) - Narrator
The Trial Of The Incredible Hulk (1989) - He plays a jury member in his first live cameo appearance.
Pryde of the X-Men (1989) – Narrator
The Ambulance (1990) – This is not a Marvel movie, but he plays “Stan” the editor of Marvel Comics.
Fantastic Four (1994) – Stan Lee
The Incredible Hulk (1997) – Cliff Walters
Spider-Man (1998) – Stan Lee
X-Men (2000) - A hot dog vendor seen when Robert Kelly emerges from the sea after escaping Magneto.
Spider-Man (2002) - Saves a young girl from falling debris during Spider-Man's fight with the Green Goblin.
Daredevil (2003) - Matt stops him from walking in front of a truck.
Hulk (2003) - Security guard along with Lou Ferrigno.*
Spider-Man 2 (2004) - A man that saves a woman from a falling piece of concrete during the battle of Spider-Man and Doc Ock.
Fantastic Four (2005) - Willie Lumpkin, Reed Richards' mailman. Willie Lumpkin was his only time he played one of his actual comic book characters until 2016 when he was on posters as Forbush, a character he created in 1955.
X-Men: The Last Stand (2006) - Jean Grey's neighbor with the water hose.
Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007) - Himself, a wedding guest who is turned away.
Spider-Man 3 (2007) - A man in Times Square, who shortly comments to Peter Parker about Spider-Man.
Iron Man (2008) - Hugh Hefner
The Incredible Hulk (2008) - The man poisoned by a drink laced with the Hulk's blood.

The Super Hero Squad Show (2009-2011) – Mayor of Super Hero City
Iron Man 2 (2010) - Larry King
Black Panther (2010) – General Wallace
Thor (2011) - "Stan the Man," who tries to pull Thor's hammer using his truck.
Avengers Assemble (2011-2014) – Future Tony Stark
Captain America: The First Avenger (2012) - an elderly general.
The Avengers (2012) – chess player on the television screen that says, “Superheroes in New York? Give me a break.”
The Avengers (2012) - deleted scene- a man sitting in the café and says to Steve Rogers, “Ask for her number you moron,” because Beth the waitress was flirting with him.
Ultimate Spider-Man (2012-2016) – Stan the principle
The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) - the Midtown Science High School Librarian.
Lego Marvel Super Heroes: Maximum Overload (2013) – Hot dog vendor
Iron Man 3 (2013) - a beauty pageant judge.
Thor: The Dark World (2013) - man in mental hospital.

Ant-Man (2015) - bartender
Jessica Jones (2015-present) - Captain Irving Forbush on a Poster at 15th Precinct
Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: Double Agent (2015) – Lan Stee/The Mastermind
Deadpool (2016) - a DJ at the strip club
Captain America: Civil War (2016) - FedEx driver that says, “Are you Tony Stank?”
X-Men: Apocalypse (2016) – old man holding his wife on his front porch; the woman is Joan Lee, his real wife
Luke Cage (2016-present) - Captain Irving Forbush on a Police Advertisement Campaign Poster
Doctor Strange (2016) - bus passenger
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: Slingshot (2016) - Man in the photograph in Coulson's Box
Runaways (2017) – Limo Driver
LEGO Marvel Super Heroes - Guardians of the Galaxy: The Thanos Threat (2017) – Pilot of ship that gets blown apart

Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018) – Owner of the shrinking car
Teen Titans Go! To the Movies (2018) (yes it is DC, but he was still in it) – Stan Lee

Venom (2018) – Dapper dog walker
•Stan didn't make an appearance in The Wolverine (2013) because they were filming in Australia and Stan couldn't make it there.

These are just the live cameos of him. Other instances could include just a picture of him in the background like in Luke Cage (2016) or Cloak & Dagger (2018). It has also been announce4d that Marvel has prerecorded several of his cameos for the upcoming films. We could potentially see him up until 2020.

Stan Lee has also made a guest appearance in the queue video for Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: Breakout! in California Adventure.
